Our Keepsakes offer a personalised, lasting memento of your special day. We can offer a variety of ways for you to keep a recording of your ceremony, watch your Visual Tribute, or both.

The team at your Register Office will be able to advise you on the Keepsake options they have available and place an order on your behalf.

Ordering a Keepsake is a great way to preserve timeless memories, allowing you to relive and share your special moment with loved ones in a format that works for you.

Frequently asked questions

  • Of course! We make sure to record ceremonies at all venues that have Live Streaming as an option, regardless of if you didn’t have a Live Stream ordered one on the day, just in case you change your mind. We keep footage for up to 90 days after a ceremony, but your Arranger can check with us before placing an order to make sure we still have the recording.

    If you had a Visual Tribute or a Live and On Demand stream ordered, we tend to keep the edited product for up to a year.

    We’d always recommend that as soon as you know you would like a recording, speak to your Arranger about ordering a keepsake.

  • Absolutely, if you would like a Keepsake of the ceremony as well as the Tribute, we can provide both on the same Keepsake.

  • All our Keepsake copies are sent from us directly to the venue, and the staff should be able to let you know once it has been delivered.

    If you think the Keepsake should have arrived, it’s always best to check with the venue first to see if they’ve received it.

  • Yes, we don’t lock any of our Keepsakes, so you are free to make copies of any file on the Keepsake.
