Digital Download Link changes

What’s changed?

From April 25’ we are moving both download Links of Tributes and Ceremony recordings to our keepsakes page.  

A download link of the ceremony can still be added to the Live and On Demand but now comes with a small fee to cover the additional work associated with producing it. This brings Live and On Demand download in line with the Tribute Download, which should help to avoid confusion. 

For families that did not opt to have Live and On Demand streaming but would still like a downloadable link of the ceremony, we can now offer this as a stand-alone product under the Keepsake section of the dashboard.
