What you’ll do and why it matters
You’re the face of Vivedia on site - installing, servicing and supporting the AV that venues rely on. Every task ties back to a simple promise: get it right, first time, for the families and venues we serve.
Your work is the reason a service runs without a hitch, a livestream reaches family abroad, and a couple can relive their day for years. You keep the tech running smoothly so families can focus on their special event.

What you’ll do
Install, service and support projection, sound and streaming systems, plus fixing things fast when a service is due to start.
Where you’ll work
Venues you’ll come to know well; crematoria, register offices and wedding venues, mostly within a comfortable drive.
What we provide
Company van, tools and full training. You don’t need funeral or events experience, we’ll teach you the sector.
What you’ll bring
A calm head, practical hands-on AV experience, a full UK driving licence, and the kind of care these moments deserve.
