Clients may wish to modify or refresh their existing IT implementation, either with complete or partial system upgrades. We are experienced in working to financial, time or functionality constraints.

We present clients with a range of solutions, narrowing and refining our proposal until mutual agreement. We then work with the client to arrange a convenient time and process for the implementation, always being mindful that systems are usually critical to ongoing operations. Following the implementation, a high contact period is usually required to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Upon agreement from the client that the system has been successfully implemented, the project is signed off. This whole process can be completed in a matter of days if necessary.
